As the cost of everything continues to rise, health insurance is no exception. You may have noticed that TRICARE has increased its rates for 2024. TRICARE rates could change every year based on a few factors, such as cost of living adjustments, the law, healthcare services costs, and prescription medication costs.
In 2024, these increased costs include enrollment fees, premiums, cost-shares, co-pays, and annual deductibles (for some). So, generally, if you paid out-of-pocket for TRICARE in 2023, then you’ll pay extra in 2024.
